WELCOME TO CROSSFIT RELEASE

CrossFit Release is an established CrossFit affiliated training facility located in Gympie.  At CrossFit Release we follow and value the CrossFit methodology – a strength and conditioning program designed to elicit as broad of an adaptational response as possible.  CrossFit is not a specialised program but a deliberate attempt to optimise physical competence in each of the ten recognised fitness domains which are: Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

We understand people train for various reasons.  Whether you’re looking to train for a sport or the sport of everyday life, we will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to succeed.  CrossFit is a comprehensive health and fitness program designed for universal scalability, meaning as long as you’re committed you can get started regardless of experience level.  Rather than change programs we change or loads and intensity to meet the demands of everyone from the elderly to the elite.  We strive to provide a fitness program that adapts to every athlete’s ability and pushes him or her to achieve things well beyond what he or she thought possible.

We want everyone to achieve serious results but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.  We as coaches are here to educate and empower you.  We give you the tools and the platform to go after your goals with passion and confidence.  We are here with you 100%.  We work hard to create an environment that makes you comfortable to step outside your comfort zone.  CrossFit Release is built on a supportive and encouraging likeminded community joined together in pursuit of fitness.
