NICOLE HALL

OWNER/ HEAD COACH

Nicole has been involved in a variety of sports from a young age competing in netball, basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball and long distance running having completed several half marathons. Nicole discovered CrossFit in 2013 and quickly traded her runners for a barbell. Nicole’s love for CrossFit coupled with her desire to help others led her to open CrossFit Release in 2015. Nicole has a genuine passion for changing peoples lives through quality coaching with both training and nutrition which has successfully helped members achieve their personal goals. Nicole believes in an overall approach to health and fitness.

Kristie Williams

COACH

Kristie has a no-nonsense yet sensitive approach to health, diet and fitness. Kristie’s athletic background is Outrigging Canoeing where she represented Australia on a number of occasions. Kristie started CrossFit in 2013 where she qualified and competed individually at Regionals and backed up to qualify individually in 2014. Kristie started coaching in 2013 to share her passion with others, joining the CrossFit Release team in 2017.

Paul Ross

COACH

Paul found CrossFit in 2013 after competing for several years as an age group Triathlete in the UK. Paul has experience as a Personal Trainer plus as a Sports Injury Therapist which saw him employed at a professional Football club in the UK. Paul joined the CrossFit Release coaching team in 2018 and has enjoyed coaching and improving the lives of our members.

Kailea Winn

COACH

Kailea started her CrossFit journey with a background in Weightlifting. Kailea discovered CrossFit in 2017. She enjoyed the variety and challenges CrossFit bought to her training and it escalated her overall strength and fitness. Kailea joined the CrossFit Release team in 2018 as an intern Coach. Kailea is super passionate about health and fitness and loves helping others reach their full potential.

Jess Spacie

COACH

Jess had tried many sports, gym classes and bootcamps she found nothing that sparked her love for training as much as CrossFit. Jess started CrossFit in 2015 and has been a consistent face in the box ever since. Jess runs our kids program which teaches kids health and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. As a Mum herself she understands the importance of health and fitness for children in helping them develop physically and neurologically.

Natalie Pagel

COACH

Nat started CrossFit in 2012 before becoming one of our foundation members at CrossFit Release. Nat has dabbled in various sports throughout her life including hocky, touch, dancing and gymnastics. Nat joined the CrossFit Release team in 2015 and enjoys helping others improve their health and fitness.
