CROSSFIT – $45 PER WEEK UNLIMITED

Our unlimited membership allows you to attend any sessions throughout the week.

HIIT – $10 PER SESSION*

What is HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training, short intense efforts followed by rest. These classes are perfect for those who DON’T want to use barbells, lift heavy or learn highly technical movements. Our HIIT classes utilise low skill movements which spike the heart rate and get you burning fat in the most efficient ways to improve body composition. These classes are designed to get you FIT FAST no matter what your fitness level.

CROSSFIT & HITT – $45 PER WEEK UNLIMITED

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is key to successfully reaching your goals be it performance, body composition or better overall health. We offer individualized nutrition coaching with a focus on nutrition education, behaviors and daily habits with support and accountability from a qualified Precision Nutrition Coach. CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS – $150 (6 sessions)

CrossFit Fundamentals consists of 6x one on one sessions with Paul booked separately a time convenient to you. These sessions are specific to those starting CrossFit. They are designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements and skills of CrossFit and better prepare you for transition into our main sessions. The CrossFit Fundamentals sessions need to be completed before becoming a member.
